Kenyan Travel act solely as a UK contact between Kenyan safari companies and their clients.  The bookings are made under the terms and conditions of the safari companies, not Kenyan Travel.  There is no remuneration paid by the ‘said’ safari companies to Kenyan Travel therefore the responsibility for cancellation of bookings and monies paid are the responsibility of the safari companies.
